“Just when you think you have seen it all, someone creates a new meme out of something that makes you say, “WTH?” The Chinese have finally surpassed the Japanese on the weirdo meter with“Dogs in Pantyhose.” I used to put undies on my dog when she was in heat and it kept the house clean and the male strays down the street-but this is sort of strange. I am sure opinions will be varied and you will either like it or find it just plain awful. All I can say is: maybe the Chinese idea of having their dogs do tricks is different than ours and leave it at that.”
