Brian is a native of Carleton Place and was born in 1955. The young man is a left winger playing his first season with the Carleton Place Kings. Last year Brian was with the Smiths Falls Junior A Club and found playing in  the Centennial Cup Canadian final a never-to-be forgotten experience.

This fall Brian was also involved in playing soccer for the Carleton Place High School where he is a Grade 12 student. The speedy left winger has found the Ottawa 67s the strongest opponent for the Kings this season.”They are a good skating club, but they don’t like to be checked” he explained.

Brian’s favourite pro player? Bobby Hull. “He’s the best player laced into skates. He’s big, strong, a good skater, and he takes the time to talk to kids”.

Another interest of Brian’s, outside of hockey is cars. At the moment he is the proud owner of a ’56 Pontiac and a ’29 Durant. His father also shares Brian’s passion sporting a ’31 Roadster with a rumble seat. (Author’s Note-Go Ernie!)

Brian has no definite plans for the future. Right now he is satisfied playing with the Kings.”We have a top team and a good club- we will give anyone a run for the first place spot,” he said.

Wonder what happened to him?:)
