What a treasure! Thank you for sharing. My G-G-grandmother was Mabel Avery. Very exciting to see a photo of her, her siblings, and I’m assuming the Ben Avery in the photo is her father. Do you have any idea out of which newspaper this photo came? I would love to contact them for a clean copy.

It was probably the Canadian, but they never kept anything.. and there is nothing digital. The library has some papers and so does the museum but no one has complete copies.:(
