Here is my promotion from Mrs Grantner’s Kindergarten class. The date of the Canadian is Thursday July 7th, 1966 and the cost of the paper is 7 cents. If you were wealthy lol, you could purchase the yearly subscription for $3.00 per year in Canada. LOL–Photo-Tom Edwards

People are very proud of their local history, but don’t always express how much they value a place until it’s threatened. Because it adds character and distinctiveness to an area, heritage is a fundamental in creating a ‘sense of place’ for a community.
