The entire North end of Roy Brown Park has been stripped from the MVCA building to edge of Boundary Rd. Great looking trail folks!
As someone said: “I find it hard to swallow that the MVCA allowed all that area to be cleared the way it was.”
Take a look at Jackson Ridge and the storm water management pond that is the size of Belgium so to speak. Not that there is anything wrong with Belgium.

Sad to see Carleton Place’s mayor and enough supporting council members are willing to dance to the tune of a developer/construction company. Council needs to grow a backbone and get in charge of responsible growth that benefits the community at large. Not just succumb to the influences of those who are exclusively motivated by the potential for personal profit.

Well I don’t know if you read my gnomes piece today.. but I have been saying forever between the stuff going on in Almonte and CP– it has to be something in the water cause I do not get it.
