Pilfering- About half a dozen young thieves (sons of respectable citizens) were caught in the act of stealing tomatoes from Henderson’s store in Almonte last Thursday night. Of course, the parents consoled themselves with the thought that their boys were not involved with the tomatoe heist and told constables they were of the wrong conclusion.
