Why Should You Eat Indian Food?

1. Indian food tastes great. Even if you don’t like spicy food.

2. Indian cuisine is generally healthy. There is a big emphasis on plant based ingredients, which makes this heaven for vegans and vegetarians. For example, have a red lentil dal instead of a veggie burger. The use of spices drastically reduces the need for salt; many of the spices have additional health benefits.
