If you read the story about my home a month ago you will know that Mrs. Raeburn told the newspaper in the 70s that the Morphy’s had place a time capsule in one of the cornerstones of Springside Hall. I have no idea if a previous owner knew this and checked it out, but once it turns warmer we are going to get Adam Dowdall here with his metal detector to examine things.
Glenda Mahoney emailed me this morning to say Jim Mahoney was onboard to help us remove it if Adam detects anything– so stay tuned.
