Mirror Mirror on the Wall– Own Part of the Chateau Laurier

Standard

The Chateau Laurier Hotel in Ottawa is not just any hotel!

“Back in those years, the Château was the only place in town to stay,” says Jean Claude Côté, a bellhop for 46 years at the Grande Old Dame on Rideau Street, beginning with his first shift on Feb. 12, 1947.–National Post

“It is where the Beatles stayed. Where teenaged girls stormed the lobby, spilling up the stairs and onto the third floor, where they dropped to their knees to kiss the same carpet John, Paul, George and Ringo had trod.”National Post

The last time Wendy Gervais got any of these Chateau Laurier mirrors was a year ago and now she has just gotten a few more- but be warned- they were sold out in a day last time. So walk, run or drive to see Wendy at Divine Consign in Almonte.

She was lucky to get in more of the 38.5 x 56.8 rectangular Chateau Laurier mirrors– but it is limited folks. They are $99.99 each.

These are the larger mirrors in my home in the photo below, and mine still had the original stickers on them what floor they were on.
