Fall right around the corner?  No, say it ain’t so! Was summer ever here? I got my jolt yesterday when I went followed the gals into The Dress Shop in Carleton Place. You know me, I am all about the colour black and make outrageous hats that no one would ever wear but moi. Owner Olena says I wear colour in my hair-yes that could be right!
